Our rebuilt Ford engine line consists of top quality re-manufactured Ford motors ranging from 1960 and up. We have in stock or can build just about any item in the line. Our manufacturing process for our rebuilt Ford engines is one of the best in our entire system. This starts of course in tear down where we apply some of the industry’s most thorough inspection processes. We tear down, clean, test and confirm tens of thousands of engine cores per year with one of the highest core scrap out rate of any rebuilder.

“What does all that mumbo jumbo mean”, you might ask? Bottom line, we throw away cores that most manufacturers would fix and rebuild. We do this because our quality standards are so tight. If something is questionable we would rather lose the investment in the core room then 2 months later when you are sitting on the side of the road broken down.

After inspection and thorough cleaning the engines parts are separated and sent to their respective lines cranks, rods, block and heads are all sent to individual departments to bring them to new condition prior to assembly. The advantage that our Ford line has over all the other manufacturers is that we employ the use of 14 CNC machines for almost 80% of the Ford engines we build. These robotic, computer driven, machining systems are capable of two things 1: producing the same result, fit and finish over and over again. And 2: They can do it fast we can machine engines at a rate of nearly 5 to 1 with our competitors, all while maintaining a specification and finish standard that is better than Ford themselves required when it was new!

After the engines are sent through our “robotic alley of machining marvels”, they come out ready to be assembled into the exceptional engine they are destined to once again be. All engines are assembled on our line, with every nut or bolt torqued with air torque wrenches that receive calibration daily. This insures that every rod, every main, every head bolt is right - every time.

All factory known faults are corrected upon machining and assembly, to guarantee you get a product that is not just rebuilt but re-engineered. Once assembled these engines are placed on one of our many SIM testers to spin them up and confirm proper operability. After testing the units are bagged and placed in crates with gaskets to be shipped away to their new home in your car or truck.
