Purchased a in stock reman motor. Immediate was contacted for more money for shipping (said I selected wrong), and in stock motor was now on a 2 month back order. They somehow managed to get one in and said would be here by this date.  After numberous calls past the date it finally shipped (about a month later). Then I was getting emails saying my core was being processed before I even got the motor.  Requested core pickup. Over a month and a half later they decided to get it. Of course the driver didn’t show up till 3 days after the scheduled day.  Now for some reason during this time after I had paid, they decided to charge 1 dollar to my credit card.  I don’t know why and nobody could answer the question and at this point I didn’t care.  As for now the motor runs and acts fine.  I just hope it makes it thru warranty so I never have to call this company again.   Only time will tell.  Other people might have had a good experience, but I can’t say one positive thing about mine
