Rarely do you find a company that is beyond professional and makes you feel good about a large automotive part purchase. Powertrain products is in a class of its own. Excellent customer service. Responded very quickly to emails and beat the estimated build/delivery time by almost a week.
Received my transfer case in a very professional shipping container. It is absolutely flawless and works exactly as it should. No leaks or drips. Silent operation. Core return was extremely easy with return shipping included and was picked up off my front porch. I will use powertrain products for all my powertrain needs from now on. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
