• All Engines are blueprinted

• We select only premium cores for remanufacturing therefore we do not weld, spray weld, or repair any damaged blocks, crankshafts or cylinder heads

• We do not sleeve cracked cylinders. A core with a crack in the cylinder will be discarded and not utilized

• We weight match and balance all of our connecting rods, crankshafts and piston sets

• Our Diesel Engine blocks are CNC machined and torque plate honed to insure perfect and straight finishes

• We utilize all New valves and Valve Springs in our diesel cylinder heads

• We build our Diesel cylinder heads with Stellite valve seats for proper sealing and limited wear to outlast our competitors

• All O.E.M. updates are applied to each build because correcting the factory faults is job one in our process.
