REMANUFACTURED AND REBUILT DIFFERENTIALS

We Use Only Quality Tested Cores

We only remanufacture quality tested core parts. This applies to rear differentials. Every time we receive a core differential, we check it for damage and straightness. If the core part passes our rigorous inspection standards, we send it to the tear-down station.

When the part is torn down, we conduct a thorough inspection to confirm that there’s no internal damage and that it can be remanufactured to our standards. If we find that the core part does not meet our standards at any point of the process, we toss it out.

Tear Down & Cleaning

We tear down all of the core differentials we get. We tank clean and thoroughly inspect each component, even the small ones, for wear. If we find the components usable, we spec them out. If they’re not usable, we replace them with brand new components.

We use a roller to turn the cases. This cleans years of rust and road debris from the cases. We choose to use this process because it can completely clean the cases without causing any damage to the important sealing surfaces (unlike media blasters).

Refit & Painting

Once the differential is thoroughly cleaned and inspected, it goes back to our rebuild center to begin assembly. All the cases are re-checked for straightness. If we find any cracks or bent parts, we have the ability to replace the axle tubes in-house when needed. All of our differentials are fitted with new bearings, carriers, ring and pinion, yokes, and seals.

Once the differential is assembled, we store it in a plastic tote designed specifically for our units. This allows for safe transportation to your home or repair shop.
