Just did my 500 mile oil change. PTP made the entire process so easy. I dropped a valve at 240,000 miles and the resulting damage made installing a new engine the the most reasonable solution. All my Ford technicians recommended PTP and the customer service was outstanding. They especially made the core return process simple and easy. My brother and I were pleased to see that the motor came with quality finishing gaskets. We installed the motor over the wknd and within the next week I had my core picked up. 10/10

Customer Service is excellent. First engine I ordered was damaged in shipping. They immediately had a new one shipped the next day. As for someone who worked for Ford Motor Company, I can tell you their Quality of Work is excellent!

Pretty satisfied so far.  Shipping was timely. Engine is running good so far, just did the 500 mile oil change.  Was a little disappointed the engine did not come with valve covers though.

Buying an engine is a scary thing there are a lot questions. I like straight answers which I have been given from all the improvements that they have used to make the 5.4 3v  better. We all know those problems with the OEM ones. The warranty sounds awesome and that makes buying this engine less stressful. In reality i hope i never have to use it but knowing the good quality warranty I have will get me up and going When I found Powertrain Products  is were I stopped shopping for an engine as they provided everything I need.Call these guys if u want straight answers. Will update when engine is in place and working thanks
