We will work with you and your shop to determine the best steps in the repair of your vehicle.
Most questions regarding the warranty can be answered in review of your warranty paperwork, the website, or an email to us with your specific question.
After we know what needs to be repaired we can then move into warranty process where we will provide parts, allow field repairs and sometimes replace the product.
After the repair is complete we will require defective parts to return to us for inspection-simply have the shop contact us or you can email us that it is ready for pick up and we will do the rest-we will arrange for pick up and cover those shipping costs.
Please send in a copy of the repair order from your shop to serve as your request for reimbursement.
Once parts are at the inspection facility we will review them and locate indicated defects. When the inspection is complete we can move to reimbursements smoothly because your repair order is on file serving as your request for payment.
Payments for manufacturing defects are made via check, so please ensure your mailing address is up to date with us.
