Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping rates are as follows and are subject to change at any time and vary depending on location.

  • Lower 48 states shipping rates to business locations are $150.00 round trip
  • Lower 48 states shipping rates to residential locations are $225.00 round trip

This will include a liftgate equipped truck if requested at the time of purchase.

 Areas of New York, Long Island and surrounding area, Cape Code and surrounding area, Florida Keys and surround area are subject to additional round trip freight charges. Ask your sale person for details.

 Please keep in mind that delivery is made with a tractor trailer combination and is at the drivers discretion if a delivery can be made in your driveway, cul-de-sac and or neighborhood. If the driver feels they cannot safely navigate the truck down your road then they will deliver as close as possible. This will not change the residential shipping rate.

*** Very Important ***

 Requests for change in delivery location, straight trucks or special delivery services WILL incur extra fees which the end user is responsible for. Please be 100% sure of where you would like this to be delivered at the time of purchase.

 The delivery companies will provide a window for delivery. If you are not available at the scheduled time to take delivery there WILL be a re delivery charge. Please make sure you make arrangements to be available at the set time.

                                                        ***Returns***

 The customer should be aware that shipping these items is extremely costly. We charge upfront only a fraction of what the shipping actually cost. It is misconstrued that the return of an engine should fall in line with say Amazon. The items shipped to our customers are skillfully remanufactured and very expensive. We must re-test and in some cases dismantle and rebuild all returns to ensure anything resold is 100% the quality another customer would expect. 

 In the event of a return the consumer will forfeit all freight charges paid upfront. The actual return shipping of the unit must be arranged by the purchaser. They will be responsible for it's actual cost and will need to pay the freight company directly. Any damage incurred by the shipping company will be the responsibility of the purchaser. There will also be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned products deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the return of the product and be applied to the original payment source **no exceptions**.

 Special Order Items - All special order or special build items are not returnable for credit these sales are final so please ask any questions up front.
 Installed Items - Any item that has been installed and/or ran is not returnable.

 Please be sure to get the RMA# from your sales person in order to start your return process. The RMA# must be clearly visible on the item returned. It's returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at the purchasers expense.


Core Pick-ups

 When the core or return is ready for pick up you click here or call 888-842-0023 x 3 first before doing anything else. We will arrange the shipping and send the appropriate documents. Do not use any paperwork that is found in the crate for returns. The shipping document that WE send MUST be used for the return to be billed properly. Please do not listen to the advice of truck drivers about filling out freight bills. They are not our employees and will make mistakes that could cost you money.

 The return freight is covered as discussed at the time of sale to the lower 48 states but you MUST follow the above guidelines. Any change in address or misuse of freight bills without prior authorization will result in the freight being billed to the end user which can soar to as much as $1000.00. The use of our paperwork will ensure this never happens.


Shipping Outside the Lower 48 or Special Items

 Shipping outside of the lower 48 contiguous states is: Alaska, Hawaii, foreign countries should be discussed with your sales reps. We will arrange to ship the items to a freight forwarder and you would be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees forward from there. Also all core charges must be paid UPFRONT with these transactions since many times the return freight exceeds the cost of the core. Your sales rep will be happy to advise you on your specific situation.
