Everything was better than expected!
Only complaint about the entire process was the advertisement that the engine was in stock and ready to ship.  I was told they were slightly delayed and it would be 2-3 weeks.  After 3 weeks I called to check status and was told it was in the process and given hard date for shipping about 2 more weeks out.  A couple days after the expected ship date we had to call and ask for a refund. They said it would be about another week, but miraculously it shipped the next day from a totally different state.  
Fortunately I was prepared for this scenario from reading other reviews.  All in all, the product is high quality.  The wait time leaves a bit to be desired.
