Teardown department

All cores are pre cleaned and drained externally so that when the tear down technician receives it he can focus on the quality of parts not years of dirt and grime.

All units are disassembled, inspected, cleaned by hand, and then cleaned a second time in our pass through washer.

All cases are then painted, all threads are chased and repaired and all new bushings?? are installed. The unit is then cleaned a third time to confirm no contaminants are left in the unit.

Assembly

We have focused very heavily on the layout and design of our building department. The focus in design is to make it as comfortable and efficient as possible. With air conditioning, exceptional lighting, all tools, hits??, cases and ha?? Parts in reach to keep our builders focused on one thing, quality.

We have an in house machine shop and employ numerous engineers to revise parts, develop manufacturing tools, and even make operation improvements to our plant.

Valve bodies are assembled in our valve body department. Each and every unit is built using all updates and improvements and then tested with our in house cars program which simulates road condition with valve body off the vehicle. Each final test sheet is logged for the R&D department and then the part is stocked for use in a building.

Each fully built unit is inspected by the cell manager to confirm a quality product has been produced.

All units are dyno tested using one of our 5 custom dyno machines. All our dyno not only spin and load test but run a customized program for each unit using all shift parameters. This allows us to fully and truly dyno test our units and know they are road worthy when delivered.

You will notice 3 painted marks on every hole in our units. Each unit has all holes finally inspected a third time by our shipping department to confirm no damage is present.

Each and every unit is packaged in a preformed plastic tote to prevent damage during shipping and protect the unit from contamination.
